You're not alone It's been a difficult year but we hope you've seen how we have continued to support you with a competitive range of products and criteria.
We know it's not just about rates and criteria. Our service standards are very important to us too. Even when the going got tough and we experienced service issues we have always tried to keep you informed of our progress. We always publish our processing times within our Virtual Office so you always know what is happening.
We continue to improve
This time last year we had only just launched our online platform, hopefully by now you've had plenty of good experiences using it. We continue to improve the site and since its launch have added case tracking and online payments - more improvements are always being worked on.
